Enjoy a Breakfast and Hot Lunch for free courtesy of the USDA Summer Food Program. Hunger is one of the most severe roadblocks to the learning process. When school lets out many children are at risk of hunger. Lack of nutrition during the summer months may set up a cycle for poor performance once school begins again and make children more prone to illness and other health issues.
Because 17th Street Camp Impact is an Open Site children ages 12 months to 17 who are not enrolled in our summer camp can eat a Breakfast and Lunch free of cost when summer camp is in session Monday – Friday…the months of June and July
