Bullying – use of superior strength or influence to intimidate (someone), typically to force him or her to do what one wants.
Characterized as loners, problemed individuals, and misfits — it is easy to point a finger at others who have bullied. Just as all heroes don’t wear capes, not all bullies fit their personified image.
Whether intentional or unintentional all have contributed in the epidemic called Bullying. Continuing to personify bullying excludes the acts of bullying we unconsciously do on a daily basis.
Let’s look in the mirror at ourselves and assess how we contribute to the problem and bring awareness to this cause. It’s time out for shaming and blaming but time to focus on the man in the mirror
